The NGS offers ready-made specification clauses, building product data, technical data, and downloads for architects, surveyors, building services engineers, general contractors, and other construction industry professionals.
"LEED," for "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design," is a system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council that recognizes the environmental performance of buildings at four levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
